Clause 8
Co-branding and sponsorship
Where Alpha Mart sponsors a club, an event or a creator, the partner's identity leads. Ours is a guest on their surface, and it behaves like one.
Alpha Mart supplies its own artwork for every application — jersey, banner, backdrop, end card, poster. Partners never rebuild, retrace, recolour or approximate the mark to fit a layout. Send us the layout and the panel size; we will send back artwork that fits it.
Keep at least X of clear space — half a badge height — between our mark and any other logo, rule or edge. Two sponsors at the same clear space is correct. Two sponsors touching is not.
Never lock our mark to another logo as a single combined unit, and never build a joint emblem. The two identities sit near each other; they do not merge.
Where sponsors are shown at tiers, Alpha Mart appears no smaller than any other sponsor at the same tier. If our tier is unclear, ask before the artwork goes to print.
Describe the relationship accurately: sponsor, or supporter. In Indonesian, bangga mendukung — proud to support. Never "official partner of" a league or governing body we hold no agreement with, and never "official supplier" unless that is written into the agreement.
Never state or imply that Alpha Mart is the exclusive sponsor in any category unless exclusivity is in the signed agreement.
Where a video or post is produced because of a sponsorship, that connection is disclosed plainly — spoken aloud, written in the caption, or both. Australian advertising rules require it, and it costs nothing to say "our sponsor".
Merchandise, giveaways, competitions and anything printed in quantity need sign-off on the artwork and the mechanic before production. Competitions in NSW carry their own rules and we would rather check once.
